Brennan Property Consultants since its initial incorporation in 2007, have developed a strong and loyal customer base obtained through uncompromising service and customer care through our dealings in residential sales, residential lettings, commercial lettings and commercial sales.
We have a highly trained team of property professionals with in-depth knowledge in the various areas of our practice we are operating in. As well as residential and commercial sales and lettings we also offer a buyers advice service, a relocations service and also BER rating and also valuations.
We aim to provide a rapid and efficient delivery of service to our client at all times and it is part of our philosophy that in each interaction with a client we give a promise to always listen to your requirements, try to understand them and deliver exactly what is required.

We also run one to one free clinics on Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 11 to 1pm and would be very happy to get a call from you to come to any of our offices to meet and discuss you property requirements.
Michelle is responsible for providing client interaction, secreterial, clerical and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided in a effective and efficient manner to our clients. She works closely with our clients in personable way to ensure communication is kept at high level at all times.
George is responsible for property maintenance & repairs as well as ongoing marketing and leaflet drops. George is a skilled craftsman and nothing is beyond his scope of work.
Shane is a partner and also is also our in-house financial controller with over 15 years experience in propert management and related transactions, including advising on fundraising and corporate finance activities. Shane focuses on assisting clients with property debt restructing and financing of property investment/development projects. Shane is also in control of our substanial reporting function which is a vitally important function for many of our clients.
Colm is the head of our residential sales and lettings. Colm has 7 years experience in property business including running his own estate agency. He has a wealth of experience in negotiating sales, renting property and property management.
William is a Solicitor and property specialist focusing on residential development, commercial property and social housing. William has advised on major building projects and multi unit purchases in the social housing sector. He has 15 years experience in the sector and adds a great dimension to the business with his combined legal, property and development experience providing an innovative service offering.
With over 25 years experience in facilities management, Brian joined Brennan Property last summer in a Business Development/Office Manager Role. Brian’s responsibilities include digital marketing, CMR maintenance, and coordinating agent activities. Brian’s principle role is to expand the company into new areas.
