OUR TEAM
EVA HARRINGTON
Eva joined the Brennan Property team after qualifying with the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers (IPAV) in collaboration with the Technology University Ireland. Eva is responsible for developing our business and driving it forward.
Eva brings a wealth of experience to the team, previously working in the top financial institutions in London, New York, and Singapore. Her Client Facing experience, coupled with years of Sales and Project Management, brings a dynamic flair to the team. Away from the office, Eva enjoys family time, music, theatre, travel, and hopes to get back to the golf course one day.
WILLIAM BRENNAN
William is a Solicitor and property specialist focusing on residential development, commercial property, and social housing. William has advised on major building projects and multi-unit purchases in the social housing sector. He has 15 years of experience in the sector and adds a great dimension to the business with his combined legal, property, and development experience, providing an innovative service offering.
TINA COLEMAN
Tina has over 10 years of customer service experience working in property and banking in Ireland and Canada.
She is responsible for providing client interaction, secretarial, clerical, and administrative support in order to ensure that services are provided effectively and efficiently to our clients. She works closely with our clients in a personable way to ensure communication is kept at a high level at all times.
COLM DEVOY
Colm is the head of our residential sales and lettings. Colm has 7 years of experience in the property business, including running his own estate agency. He has a wealth of experience in negotiating sales, renting property, and property management.
